Why is it good for our participants to combine exercise with sightseeing? Firstly, because they get to know the sights of Budapest, and secondly, because physical activity has a positive effect on their overall concentration throughout the day, reduces stress, and improves their physical and mental performance. After the event, we provide participants with a video material and a comprehensive, health-conscious lifestyle-focused knowledge base containing interactive challenges, which allows them to practice the knowledge gained during the City and Gym program in their everyday lives.

City and Gym: A New Perspective on Sightseeing and Exercise
Our Special Guided Tour lasts for about two hours. The difficulty level can be adjusted freely. The number of participants is also tailored to the needs of the groups. The four individual programs we offer can be completed without prior experience. During the tours, we provide opportunities for water replenishment and restroom use.

The program kicks off at Vérmező Park with a thorough guided warm-up and mobilization, followed by a satisfying cool-down and stretching session at the same spot.
Throughout the tour, we'll navigate between stations with a relaxed jog, focusing on keeping our heart rates in the optimal range.

The City and Gym program is led by Borlai Gerzson. Gershon’s journey began at Semmelweis University in Hungary, where he delved into the intricate world of Physical Education and Sport Sciences. His specialization in coaching, particularly in water polo, fueled his commitment to understanding the synergy between the mind and body. As a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Swedish Massage Therapist and Kinesio Tape expert he empowered individuals to transcend their limits and embark on transformative fitness journeys. As the Mind-Body CEO of City and Gym and the driving force behind Borlai Training, he believes that the exhilaration of extreme sports goes beyond mere thrill-seeking – it's a path towards holistic transformation. Gershon helps people unlock their athletic potential and become better at their favorite sport. He is a registered Strength and Conditioning Coach. He is also a lifestyle mentor who has developed this comprehensive knowledge base and exercise system specifically focused on managers. Our goal is for individuals to be able to incorporate the three-dimensional movements he has put together into their everyday activities, thereby laying the foundation for their mobility and health. Gershon have taught at several premium fitness studios across the globe for many years and teaching his teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops around the world.

You will receive a confirmation message containing all information regarding the worout as well as your electronic invoice.
All you need is comfortable workout clothes and something warm to wear during the final relaxation track. You also need a comfortable running shoe. Yoga mats are optional.
In the event of a cancellation 3 days prior to the program 100% of the fee will be reimbursed. 24 hours prior to event 50% is reimbursable, whereas there is no possibility to get a reimbursement in case of a cancellation within 24 hours.
The tour leads along such a route, where you can find city toilets use for 200 HUF.
There are several cit taps along the way, so you won't stay dehydrated.
I've benefited from the core/stabilizer training exercises and I'm finding that it has allowed me to keep my balance once I get up. I am not fatiguing as quickly as well. Feeling stronger, fitter and more flexible gave me the confidence and ability catch more waves and to make the most of every surf session
Thanks again for hosting the workouts, I really enjoyed them. They were early for me in Denver (6am) but I found myself motivated to get out of bed and join the classes each week. I'm a bit land locked here in Brisbane and don't get into the water as much as I want to, but the core and stability exercises of yours seem to be giving me an edge when I do get to the beach. And obviously the longer the time in the water, the greater the stoke.

Amit igazan szeretek az, hogy minden egyes edzésen elmegyünk a maximumig, amit a Gerzson éles szemmel mindig pontosan belő, így biztosítva a csúcsteljesítményt biztonságosan.
I needed a lift, one that could help on days I couldn't get to, or it wasn't worth going in the water. This is it. The e-mail reminders keep me focused and make me feel that I can do anything in the surf now! The combination of exercises specifically designed to develop surfing muscles has really helped.
